The failure of the "negotiated" plan at Town Meeting resulted in the launch of two parallel processes:

  • Refiling of the Land Court Case by neighborhood plaintiffs against MassDevelopment and Chestnut Hill Realty
  • Resumption of the Puddingstone at Chestnut Hill (PCH) 40B project hearings before the Brookline Zoning Board of Appeals.


Land Court Case

Both sides moved for summary judgement and the judge agreed to accept briefs for summary judgement. The hearing of these briefs is scheduled for 7/17/2018.
